DELTA SIGMA THETA AUCTION PAINTING!

This is a painting that was done for an art auction for a Delta Sigma Theta festival. My friend's mom ended up getting it! I wish the pics came out better....the colors are way more vibrant and you can't see the cool color speckles in her hair too well. I'll get some better pics from her mom after she gets it framed.

PAINTINGS FOR MY LIL' BRO'S CRIB!!!

A couple of months ago I was helping my lil' bro clean his new apartment and I found two pieces of wood lying around. I snatched them up and made the mistake of telling him that I was gonna bomb some bad ass art on 'em. He told me that anything that I find up in his new place has to come back to him!!! What kinda s--t is that?!!!! Lmao!!! So I did the deed and gave them to him. They look really nice on his wall!! Hope you are happy Jack!!

What's up peeps!! I know it's been a while since I have posted, but I have been extremely busy with work and painting. This is one that I did for one of my co-workers and it's pretty much the direction that I have been going with my art as of late. I really enjoy the freedom of painting and I have found a process that works well for me. I'm still attracted to bold line work...I can't seem to escape it, so, I embrace it in my painting process. I'm gonna post some pics soon of the other paintings that I have done, so be on the lookout! I'm gonna try to get back into comics, but this is where I'm at now.
